At the Well Young Women’s Leadership Academy (ATW) was created out of a commitment to equip young minority women with the essential tools required to aid them in becoming successful leaders. ATW serves scholars entering the eleventh, and twelfth grades of high school that are from diverse social economic backgrounds. Princeton University realized that it had a massive gender gap when it came to campus leadership. This is what they think will solve it.
